No es la primera vez que me cuelgo un homenaje al "Monkey Island". De pequeno me pasaba horas viendo su arte y sus animaciones (...en parte porque siempre me quedaba horas atascado en alguno de los puzzles). Todo el apartado visual de esta maravilla se lo debemos a Steve Purcell, que actualmente trabaja en Pixar como story artist. Echarle un ojete a su blog, guapisimo!!!

Is not the fist time I post a fan art of one of the greatest games of history, "The Secret of Monkey Island". I have to admit, when i was a child I spend hours wachting the amazing art of these games ( most of the time because I was stuck in one the puzzles), and maybe that was one of the multiples reasons I work as an artist now. All the monkey Island universe and its sucess is in part thanks to the amazing art of Steve Purcell; who is actually working at Pixar as story artist, check his blog!!!

Copying the last post of my friend Anthony Holden (amazing artist),...i love to draw girls at the beach reading books....i have no idea why...I never read.

No se porque siempre dibujo tias leyendo.....si yo no me he leido un libro desde que lei "Teo va de Picnic" por alla por los 80, y he de decir que me decepciono bastante. "Teo va a la escuela" era mucho mejor y mas fresco; se ve que aprovecharon el exito de la primera parte para llenarse los bolsillos con las secuelas.
...a excepcion de "Teo va a la granja" que tenia sus momentos...

La verdad es que aunque tiene muy buena pinta....no tengo ni puta idea de que va la serie pero mis colegas de Kamehouse estan haciendo una blogwars de Game of Thrones y paso de quedarme al margen. Asi que aqui dejo el tio ese tocho de la pintura en los hombros y su churri...
que feo me ha quedado cojones....

This morning I had a great surprise when I found an easter egg on my keyboard at the studio. Looks like the Easter Bunny let it to me. As an Spanish person Im very surprised and confused about this american tradition; it makes me wonder a lot of stupids questions...

My family always used to play that music at saturdays morning, long time ago, in the 80s..
